About This Product

■Features

・Print inspection software that can automatically inspect large numbers of printed pages that are difficult to inspect manually. ・Print simulation function

■Barcode inspection

Direct PDF input is possible (adopts Adobe PDF Library, which is compatible with Adobe Acrobat and has high affinity)

- Added PDF report in addition to viewer and print images. ・For Mac users, it is possible to save in HTML blink format that can be displayed in a web browser.

■New distortion correction technology

The addition of a multi-division function to the layout function reduces excessive defect detection when inspecting documents with folds and distortions such as imposition documents from rotary presses and flexible packaging.

■Other features

・Can inspect any combination of digital, printed matter, single page, double-page spread, and imposition (some options) ・Imposition that is pasted separately on the front and back depending on the spread and folding method ・Automatically detects and inspects the position and rotation direction even if the paper size is different, such as A3 or A3 wide, with or without registration marks, or if the data is rotated. ・If the files to be inspected have the same name, or even part of the name is the same, inspection can be done by simply dragging them to a folder (inspection is possible even if the file names are unrelated) ・In the case of single-sided and red plates, the rotation direction and position are detected in the same way, and the entire surface of the pasted red plate is inspected and the results are displayed.

・Examination question book (monochrome/250 pages): Approximately 2 hours ・Instruction manual (2 colors/540 pages): Approximately 1 and a half hours ・Catalog (color/1000 pages): Approximately 1 hour

■Manual inspection instruction tool tailored to various conditions (HallmarkClient option)

・Even for complex shapes such as packages, by simply specifying the area as the comparison source, it will automatically detect the area to be inspected from among the comparison targets, automatically recognize the rotation direction, and start inspecting the entire surface. ・With the group operation function, it is possible to issue inspection instructions from multiple PCs at the same time without any restrictions. You can confirm, share, save, and manage test data and test results as a group.
