・The position of the mechanical stopper is fixed, and the sensor shutter can be adjusted by ±2° between approximately the center of 8.6° (±4.3°).

■XΘ axis sensor timing chart (lower axis)・Resolution is 0.1°/Plus (full step)
・The position of the mechanical stopper is fixed, and the sensor shutter can be adjusted by ±2° between approximately the center of 8.6° (±4.3°).
・When viewed from the lower shaft output side, the CW and CCW of the sensor are opposite to the actual viewing direction.
