About This Product

Accurately controlled, reliable and easy to use, high-performance vector control inverters are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications, save energy, and offer functionality expansion. ■Features ・Energy saving・Low noise ・Easy to operate with minimal parameter settings ・Ideal for high-response and high-torque motors that meet the diverse needs of customers. *Standard specifications: Built-in RS485 Modbus RTU communication interface. *Supports speed feedback interfaces such as line driver, open collector/push-pull, and resolver. Can be adapted to various industrial fields ■Heavy load Compressors, cranes, machine tools, conveyors, extruders, coilers, press processing, elevators, textiles ■Standard load fans, pumps, blowers ■Design for ease of use - Preset functions can be operated with a one-touch button. - Equipped with two groups of motor parameter settings, allowing you to easily switch and control two motors with different specifications using one inverter, reducing equipment purchase costs. -Providing 16 different speed presets saves parameter adjustment time. ■Multi-functional vector control technology ・Tool open loop V/F control, closed loop V/F control It has four control modes: sensorless vector control and vector control with sensor, and is ideal for various AC motors such as IPM, SPM, and IM. - Built-in PID control, can be used to control speed, pressure, flow rate, and temperature of air compressors, pumps, air conditioners, etc. - Built-in shock load regeneration function reduces power consumption and reduces costs for motor brakes and brake resistors (for punching machines, screw forming machines, etc.). - Built-in 16-segment program operation allows settings such as cycle, number of times, direction, time, etc., making it suitable for applications such as dehydration, stirring, and textile machinery. - There are 10 groups of abnormality history queries, and each abnormality history group has 6 status records, which provide abnormality judgment information. *VF-TS1 series has feedback, VF-TSS series has no feedback. *Models below VF-TS1-21100 have a built-in brake crystal. Brake crystal is optional for models VF-TS1-21500 and above. *Other model numbers are available.
