About This Product

TOS5101 is a dedicated tester for withstanding voltage tests of electronic equipment and electronic components based on various safety standards. By using a large, high-brightness fluorescent display tube for the display, information such as measured values, status, and judgment results is much easier to see than with conventional models. The pass/fail judgment function uses a window comparator method, and can issue a FAIL judgment not only when it detects a leakage current that is above the upper limit reference value set on the panel, but also when it detects a current that is below the lower limit reference value. This allows you to perform tests that include test lead disconnections and contact failures. Start/stop operations can be controlled remotely, and by using it together with the judgment result output function, it is possible to automate testing and save labor. In addition, to prevent careless operations and accidents, key lock functions, interlock functions, high-voltage output terminals with narrowed insertion ports, large DANGER lamps, and automatic discharge function to remove electrical charge from the test object (functions when using DC) ) to ensure high safety and reliability.
