About This Product

Suitable for sorting extremely small particles such as weakly magnetic substances in silica sand and foundry sand. Since it sorts at a maximum of 2.8 Tesla, even weak magnetic materials can be sorted.

■Equipment overview

This machine generates a high magnetic force between two magnet rotors, flows the raw materials there, and separates them into magnetic and non-magnetic materials. Magnetic materials are attracted to the rotor, transported by the rotation of the rotor, and discharged from the magnetic material discharge port. Non-magnetic materials fall directly between the rotors and are discharged from the non-magnetic material outlet. We can also manufacture a combination model with a drum-type magnetic separator for two-stage magnetic separation.

■Equipment structure

Two electromagnetic magnet rotors are placed horizontally facing each other to generate high magnetic force. The angle of the separating plate can be changed arbitrarily according to the processing conditions. The two magnet rotors are each driven and rotated by a reduction motor via a V-belt.

■Example of processed materials

Foundry sand, silica sand, chromite sand, zirconia, carbon black, ilmenite, garnet, etc.
