About This Product

■Equipment overview

This machine is a machine that separates raw materials supplied onto a drum into magnetic and non-magnetic materials. Magnetic materials are attracted to the drum surface, transported by the rotation of the drum, and discharged from the magnetic material discharge port. Non-magnetic materials separate and fall from the drum surface and are discharged from the non-magnetic material discharge port. It is also possible to manufacture a product with a vibrating feeder to uniformly supply a fixed amount to the effective width of the magnetic drum. Furthermore, we can also manufacture high-speed rotation specifications that use FRP drums instead of stainless steel drums, as well as electromagnetic and permanent magnet combination models that are suitable for collecting large magnetic materials.

■Equipment structure

A permanent magnet is placed inside the drum so that about half the circumference of the drum becomes a magnetic field. The shaft that supports the internal magnet group is fixed, and only the outer drum rotates. The position of the magnetic pole and the angle of the separator plate can be changed arbitrarily according to the processing conditions. The drum is driven and rotated by a reduction motor via a roller chain.

■Example of processed materials

Steel slag, waste molten slag, limestone, construction waste (concrete waste), shredded automobiles (car shredders), shredded home appliances and circuit boards (wasted home appliances), shredded bulky trash, shredded non-combustible trash, trash incineration ash, waste plastic , paper waste, foundry sand, crushed wood chips, crushed tires, crushed waste pachinko machines, crushed transformers (PCB) , gypsum board, rice, flour, feed, dry batteries, cut wire, crushed fluorescent tubes, etc. *Magnetic flux density varies depending on the device configuration. It is also possible to design with lower magnetic flux density. *Other product numbers are available.
