About This Product

■Summary

Thunder Blocker Pro is an SPD (surge protection device) that protects various devices from lightning, from business equipment to computers and televisions. Providing professional high performance for anyone requiring lightning protection. SPD for LAN TBP-LAN protects computers, surveillance cameras, and various information and communication devices from lightning by simply connecting the LAN cable that is expected to be penetrated by lightning and the LAN cable on the device side to this product. By connecting it to the SPD for power outlet (TBP-2PE), it protects the device not only from LAN cables but also from lightning that enters from the power line.

■How Thunder Blocker Pro works

Thunder Blocker Pro prevents lightning current from invading various devices through power lines and communication lines, by using a protection circuit to divert lightning to a different route than the intrusion, protecting the devices. By selecting the appropriate SPD for each target device type and system, various devices can be safely protected even when power lines and communication lines are connected.

■High performance for professional use

Conforms to JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards JIS C 5381-11, JIS C 5381-21) required for lightning protection for commercial equipment and public electrical equipment.

■Easy installation and wiring

Simple structure makes installation and wiring easy. No electrical work qualification is required.

■Status display that shows the lifespan

Equipped with a status display that shows the normality/life of the SPD. LED display is used for power outlet, mechanical display is used for LAN and TV.

■Easy protection of OA tap connected equipment by connecting with TBP-2PE

When connected to the power outlet SPD (TBP-2PE) and connected to the OA tap, the lightning protection circuit will be paralleled within the OA tap, protecting the power circuits of all devices connected to the OA tap.

■Functional and simple design

Compatible with various installation locations (desk top, rail, screw). Multiple SPDs can be connected. It has a simple design that won't look out of place on your desk.
