About This Product

This device can be used for welding, metal heat treatment, food packaging, drinking water, glass, medical, helium leak testing, carbon dioxide laser, and a variety of other applications. The gas flow rate can be adjusted while checking the scale of the float type flowmeter. Since it is easy to operate, it can be used for a variety of purposes depending on the purpose.

The type of gas for the float tube can be selected from Air, N2, Ar, O2, He, CO2, and C3H8. You can choose from two flow rate ranges for the float tube: 5L-50L/min and 10-100L/min.
*Unlike the Logmix series, the flowmeter cannot be replaced or changed.
*If you need gas of 100L/min or more, use the F400 series.

Mixed gas can be generated by using two or more factory mixers. For example, two devices are used to create a gas mixture of 75% nitrogen, 25% helium, and a total flow rate of 80L/min. Flow 60L/min of nitrogen gas in channel A, and flow 20L/min of helium in channel B.

At this time, adjust the set pressure to approximately the same value in all flow paths. (Concentration changes due to changes in back pressure can be reduced.) Gas has a very large diffusion coefficient, so it becomes completely mixed inside the piping.
*Can also be combined with the Logmix series.

There are two types: "Atmospheric pressure type (IN type)" and "Constant pressure type (OUT type)", please choose one. "Atmospheric pressure type" allows you to change the set pressure within the adjustment range of the pressure control valve. If back pressure is applied, the flowmeter reading will not be displayed correctly. The "constant pressure type" allows the flowmeter to display the correct reading even if there is back pressure. However, the set pressure cannot be changed.

If the method of use is determined in advance, or if back pressure is applied, such as by pushing gas into a pressurized chamber container, please select the "constant pressure type (OUT type)". When handling dangerous or poisonous gases, please ensure adequate safety management under the guidance of a person in charge with knowledge of gas handling.
