About This Product

This is a pin/bush type coupling that uses aluminum alloy for the main body material, and each part has extremely high rigidity, and the combination of high-precision pins and dry metal keeps backlash to an extremely low level. Since each hub is connected using a universal method, shaft reaction force due to installation errors is minimal, and there is also a damping effect due to sliding on the friction surface of the pin and dry metal. A friction clamp method is used to attach it to the shaft, making it extremely easy to install. We have a CPU model that can tolerate declinations of up to 4° and an inexpensive CPE model that can tolerate declinations of up to 1°. ■Applications Chip mounters, electrical discharge machines, financial terminal equipment, winding machines Features ■Friction damping effect There is a damping effect due to sliding on the friction surface of the pin and metal bush. ■Minimum shaft reaction force Due to its configuration with pins and metal bushings, shaft reaction force due to installation errors is minimal.
