About This Product

Ultra-high rigidity rigid coupling developed for servo motor applications. Unlike flexible couplings, it has a structure that does not have an element to absorb misalignment between the two axes, so it has extremely high torsional rigidity. Additionally, compared to flexible couplings, the outer diameter relative to torque can be made smaller, making it possible to downsize the coupling and contributing to reducing the moment of inertia.

■Through bolt structure

By using a bolt structure that passes through the sleeve and hub on one side, the drive shaft and driven shaft can be connected by simply tightening the pressure bolt on one side.

■Taper adapter

By attaching an optional taper adapter to the tapered shaft of the servo motor, it is possible to connect by friction.

■Clamp type

Clamp type rigid couplings can also be manufactured.
