About This Product

■Structure・A structure that allows grease to be injected into the bearing by providing a nipple for injecting grease and a grease transfer passage into the bearing cover of the support unit.
- Oil seal prevents grease from flowing out and foreign matter from entering.
・We also handle precision lock nuts.

■Series name・BK-G series (fixed side: grease injection type)
・FK-G series (support side: grease injection type)
・SWBK-G series (fixed side: for high loads/grease injection type)

■Characteristics of grease injection type support unit・Easy and quick grease injection
 Structure allows grease to be injected through the grease nipple without disassembling the support unit and ball screw while they are still installed.

・Improved lubrication performance and reduced bearing friction
Since it is possible to periodically inject grease, the heat generated by the bearing drive can be suppressed, reducing bearing friction and wear, and extending the bearing life.

- When used in an environment where grease easily evaporates or where vertical drive is required, if grease accumulates at the bottom and the upper bearing does not operate smoothly, injecting additional grease will make it easier to drive.

■Grease injection method・With the support unit attached, slowly rotate the ball screw and inject grease little by little from the grease nipple.
・Adjust injection amount according to equipment driving conditions and grease injection cycle
・Please be careful not to inject grease all at once or inject too much grease as this may cause the oil seal to come off from its designated position.
