■New loading and unloading methods to cope with labor shortages
As logistics needs become more diverse, labor shortages and human resource shortages are becoming increasingly common. If one person can easily and safely transport even one-ton heavy objects, it will help save labor and be useful on-site. With this in mind, we have developed and improved the Rakuraku Dolly as a new means of loading and unloading in place of hand lifters and forklifts, taking into account ease of use and safety.
■Feature 1 Low center of gravity structure with low height. Safe design to prevent cargo from falling over
To ensure a low center of gravity and safety, φ75 casters are installed inside the welded equilateral angle steel. They are placed in a total of 5 locations at the four corners and in the center, and the height of the trolley is only 110mm from the ground. Standard type casters are rotatable and can be moved freely, but fixed casters that only move straight or backward are available as an option.
■Feature 2 Rotates freely in limited space. Easy turning and increased work efficiency
The vertical and horizontal dimensions are the same as the T11 type pallet. The single type trolley rotates around the caster placed in the center and can change its direction freely. In addition, the connected type, which connects two trolleys with an attachment, is convenient in limited spaces such as warehouses and factories. It can be rotated either left or right.
■Feature 3 Easily push it by hand to the back of the luggage compartment. Even heavy items can be carried quickly
Box trucks such as 10-ton trucks are long and require time and effort to load and unload. The ``Rakuraku Dolly'' allows one person to select heavy items, allowing even heavy items to be efficiently stored deep into the luggage compartment without wasting space. In addition, the small turning radius allows the pallet to be rotated even within the 2.3m wide cargo compartment. Changing the order of cargo is also easy.
■Feature 4: Sturdy structure that can withstand heavy objects. Heavy duty galvanized body
The trolley is made of galvanized material, which is sturdy and durable. There is no need to worry about the paint peeling off due to shock during transportation, which reduces the risk of foreign matter contamination, especially in food factories. The attachment of the connecting part is made of aluminum. The standard type angle is 3mm thick, but a 6mm thick type with higher load capacity is also available as an option. Comes with a stopper. (Connection part is optional)
