■Features
1. Easy setup
All standard tools are 12.7φ and compatible with world standard tools. The upper and lower tools can be exchanged using only a hexagonal wrench.
Machine operation settings
- Rotate the pressure volume while applying pressure. You can check it by looking at the pressure gauge.
・Adjust the volume of the pressurization timer.
・Adjust the stroke volume depending on the location.
2.Evacuation mechanism
The punch (upper die) and die (lower die) will not switch to pressurization mode unless they are in contact and an appropriate voltage is applied. If a non-conducting object is caught, the punch (upper die) will immediately rise. (In de-energized mode, it is pressed twice.)
3.Pressure control method
R618 uses pressure control. Each fastener has an appropriate pressure force and pressure maintenance time. We prevent excessive or insufficient press-in force due to material variations, and perform press-fitting with an appropriate pressure to compensate for variations that occur when controlling only the bottom dead center.
