■Manage images with information using CP code

This application is image management software for the textile industry that not only displays image thumbnails, but also manages image information, processing information, fabric materials, and processing plants at the same time.

■Summary

"Design Sorting Box" is a system that allows you to utilize the accumulated patterns as valuable assets without letting them go to waste. (This is an image management system for MS-Windows95.) Manage data that tends to be complicated in an orderly manner, and search as you wish with simple operations. The patterns (images) created in the design department are saved together with the production instructions required at the factory.

■Instructions

Print the data required when requesting production in the form of an instruction sheet. The pattern (image) is saved together with the production instruction data required at the factory. Therefore, if you search for a pattern, you can also find out the conditions at the time of production. When requesting production, you can easily and reliably leave documents at the site by printing them in the form of instructions and handing them to the factory. Each item in the instruction sheet can be changed by the user.

■Information search

You can easily set search conditions using the information added to images. There can be up to 6 search conditions, and their relationships can be expressed using AND/OR. By repeating the search and narrowing down the conditions, you can quickly find the image you are looking for. You can search by destination, person in charge, creation date, etc., as well as by keywords such as floral or geometric patterns.

■CP code

If you use CP code as an option, it can be applied to the management of product samples. CP codes can be used to manage product samples. CP code is the latest two-dimensional code with much larger capacity than barcode. Information on each item in an instruction sheet can be encoded and printed. By pasting and saving the encoded information on a product sample, you can instantly read it using a handy scanner or other device when needed. This allows you to display and print all the data needed to create the product.
