About This Product
Ceramic IC tags are durable, heat resistant, water resistant, clean, 13.56MHz (ISO15693 compliant)
■Summary
A 13.56MHz compatible IC tag made of hard ceramic with excellent durability. It has excellent heat, water, and chemical resistance, and is inorganic and hygienic, making it possible to use IC tags in environments and applications where conventional resin or glass IC tags could not be used.
■Features
1. Heat and cold resistance
・Can be used at -196℃ to +200℃
- Guaranteed heat resistance is 200 degrees Celsius for 6 hours.
・You can read and write without any problems once the temperature drops to room temperature.
- Can withstand liquid nitrogen baths, steam, ironing, and baking.
・Applications: Management of molds used at high temperatures, cleaning with steam sterilization (*Cannot be used for rapid cooling or heating.)
2. Chemical/oil resistance, water/weather resistance
・Ceramics do not allow water to pass through, so it is safe even if submerged in water.
- By taking advantage of the property of not being easily affected by chemicals, it becomes possible to use them in ways that were previously impossible with resin IC tags.
- Excellent chemical and oil resistance compared to general resin tags and organic rubber tags.
・Applications: Cleaning with steam sterilization, identification of chemicals (*Cannot be used with chemicals that affect ceramics.)
3. Super hardness
Ceramic, which is second in hardness to diamond, protects the IC tag inside.
4. Hygiene
・Since ceramics are inorganic, bacteria cannot grow on them.
・Even if it gets muddy or dirty, it can be sterilized by heating or cleaned with chemicals, so it can always be used hygienically.
・Applications: Livestock (identification and management of livestock), medical tags (identification of patients and equipment)
5. Lots of variations
-A wide variety of shapes and sizes are available, including rectangles, circles, donuts, and tablets. (Custom development is also possible)
・The colored marker type can also be conveniently used as a visual identification tag.
