About This Product
■Overview/Features
・In-line cooler for coolant: Since it is a separate type, it can be installed regardless of the depth of the coolant tank. It can also be retrofitted to existing tanks. A built-in pump type is also available for easy installation.
・High-precision type with compressor inverter control: Controls coolant temperature to ±0.1°C over the entire load range (from no load to 100% load), contributing to improved machining accuracy.
・Outstanding energy savings: High energy savings are achieved by using a unique high-efficiency IPM motor, inverter control cultivated through air conditioning, and refrigerant R410A with high COP characteristics.
・Easy maintenance: Adopts an evaporator that is hard to clog, and has an evaporator structure that is easy to disassemble and clean during maintenance.
・Increased resistance to harsh factory environments such as mist/dust: Improved resistance to usage environments by improving the electrical box protection rating (equivalent to IP54) and adopting sulfur-resistant electronic components.
- Easily monitor operating status: Alarm information, operating time, etc. can be monitored on a computer. Reading out "alarm information" is effective in speeding up the identification of parts that require maintenance and reducing downtime. "Operating time" is a guideline for knowing when to replace consumables and when to perform maintenance.
・Included functions: Refrigerant gas shortage detection function, temperature warning function, auto-tuning function, 999-hour timer function (ON timer)
-Reduced environmental impact: Compliant with environmental regulations, such as by using lead-free solder on printed circuit boards.
