■Overview/Features
・Direct-mounted immersion type oil condenser to the top of the coolant tank: This is a cooler that is placed on the coolant tank and uses a cooling coil to directly cool the liquid in the tank.
・High-precision type with compressor inverter control: Controls coolant temperature to ±0.1°C over the entire load range (from no load to 100% load), contributing to improved machining accuracy.
・Water-cooled oil conditioner is "exhaust heatless": Exhaust heat from the oil conditioner body is removed with cooling water.
・No waste heat is emitted into the factory: You can work in a comfortable environment. "No waste heat" reduces the air conditioning load in the factory and saves energy. Demonstrates stable effectiveness even in factories where precise temperature control is required.
・Significantly reduces maintenance time due to condenser clogging: Adopts a double tube condenser that is resistant to clogging. It can be used stably and for a long time.
・Specifications compatible with air-cooled type (cooling capacity, external dimensions, etc.): Cooling capacity and installation dimensions are compatible, and replacement is possible by preparing cooling water.
