■Overview/Features
・Direct-mounted immersion type oil condenser to the top of the coolant tank: This is a cooler that is placed on the coolant tank and uses a cooling coil to directly cool the liquid in the tank.
・High-precision type with compressor inverter control: Controls coolant temperature to ±0.1°C over the entire load range (from no load to 100% load), contributing to improved machining accuracy.
- Further miniaturization of the industry's top-class compact design
・Shorten the depth of the cooling coil to strengthen support for shallow tanks
- Expanded cooling capacity control range: Realized oil temperature control of ±0.1°C over load 0% (no load) to 100%.
- Achieves high energy saving rate: Achieves a high energy saving rate by using a unique IPM motor and R410A with high COP characteristics. Power consumption can be checked on the operation panel.
・Improved durability/maintainability: Cooling coil structure suppresses adhesion and accumulation of cutting and grinding debris.
・Increased resistance to harsh factory environments such as mist/dust: Increased electrical box protection rating (equivalent to IP54). Adopts sulfur-resistant electronic parts.
- Increased strength during long-distance transportation: Transportation vibration performance expands the low frequency range that is often used during actual transportation.
- Predictive maintenance function that prevents failures: Outputs a warning signal to notify maintenance when the air filter or condenser becomes clogged.
- Easily monitor operating status: Room temperature, tank liquid temperature, and other internal data can be monitored on a computer using Hybrid-Win. Batch display of data makes it easy to understand operating status.
・Included functions: Refrigerant gas shortage detection function, temperature warning function, auto-tuning function, 999-hour timer function (ON timer)
-Reduced environmental impact: Compliant with environmental regulations, such as by using lead-free solder on printed circuit boards.
・Quick delivery available with 4 types of optional machines in addition to the standard one
・Different voltage specifications: AC230V series (-046) has no transformer, 400V series (-047) / 480V series (-048) has a transformer built into the product body.
