About This Product
■Operating principle
Displacer type float switches are wire-type liquid level switches that detect the liquid level in medium-sized tanks and containers.
A float integrated with the wire moves up and down due to buoyancy as the liquid level changes. A magnet at the top of the wire opens and closes a reed switch built into the bottom of the terminal box to detect the water level.
■Features
・Can also be installed in medium-sized tanks
Due to the wire structure, it can detect up to approximately 9m.
- Resistant to adhesion
If there is no adhesion that exceeds the weight of the float, there will be no effect on operation.
・Easy operation settings
Works anywhere on the wire. You can freely change the float position with just one screwdriver.
- Strong against waves and currents
A self-holding circuit is added to the contact and a balance weight is attached to the lower end of the wire, so it is hardly affected by ripples or currents on the liquid surface.
■Notes on installation
Avoid using the product in locations with strong currents such as the inlet, outlet, locations that come into direct contact with water, and locations with agitators.
