About This Product
■Operating principle
A float with a built-in magnet moves up and down according to the liquid level, and the reed switch built into the main body is turned on and off by magnetic force.
■Advantages
・Up to 5 points detection with 1 unit
One level switch can output up to 5 points of contact, making it possible to build level control at a low cost.
・Uses reed switch
It is highly reliable as it uses a durable reed switch.
・No power supply required
It uses a float with a built-in magnet that moves up and down due to the buoyancy of the liquid, so no power source is required.
・Compatible with explosion proof
It can also be used in sites that require explosion-proof specifications (d2G4).
■Wiring
Please perform contact output wiring. No power wiring required.
■Adjustment
The detection position cannot be adjusted on site. Please specify the detection position at the time of ordering. It will be adjusted at the factory and shipped.
■Notes on installation
Avoid installing the product in locations with strong liquid flows or waves, such as water supply and drainage ditches or agitators. Float operation will become unstable.
