About This Product

■Compact size ensures a wide effective area

The lighting size is kept compact to ensure a wide effective area. A protective glass is attached to the top to protect the mirror and prevent foreign objects from entering.

■Characteristics of pseudo-coaxial falling slope

For objects that reflect specularly, if the object is illuminated from an angle, not enough reflected light will enter the lens. In such cases, ``coaxial epi-illumination'' is used. Coaxial epi-illumination uses a half mirror (beam splitter) to raise the optical axis and field of view vertically, making it possible to irradiate light coaxially to the target. (Bright field) Useful for inspecting metal mirror surfaces, semiconductor wafers, and flat surfaces. *Other model numbers are available.
