About This Product

■New dome lighting designed for ease of use. Tunnel dome lighting [maximum size is 500mm]・Optimal images can be obtained from small to large workpieces due to the uniformity and soft light irradiation unique to dome lighting.
・Even complex workpieces can be irradiated uniformly.
- The opening of the lighting is wide so the robot can fit inside. It is easy to use for robot hand systems and inspections, regardless of the size of the workpiece.
- Can also be attached to the robot head.

■Parts handling systemIt can irradiate a uniform light that is effective for the handling system of workpieces on the conveyor. Due to its large size, the robot arm can also fit inside the dome illuminator.

■Surface appearance inspectionThe surface condition of large workpieces can be uniformly irradiated.

■Label inspectionEffective for inspecting printed materials such as labels. Even workpieces with complex shapes can be illuminated uniformly, which is unique to dome lighting.

■Surface inspection + parts assemblyThe robot can pass through the lighting when assembling parts after surface inspection, making it easy to construct dome lighting.

■You can change the window size according to your system.You can customize the window size and shape of the dome lighting according to your usage.
