■Advantages of dome lighting and VDSD seriesDome lighting has very different characteristics from other lighting. As the name suggests, it reflects the light onto the dome top plate and irradiates the light evenly. The biggest advantage of this effect is that it makes it difficult for shadows to appear on uneven surfaces of the workpiece. By eliminating the shadows of uneven parts of the workpiece, it is possible to clearly express the color changes of dirt, markers, etc.

Shimatec's VDSD has a structure that allows for lateral irradiation in addition to its dome irradiation. This allows you to easily capture objects that cannot be captured well with regular dome lighting.

■SIMATEC dome lightingWe have increased the number of LEDs and improved the brightness. In addition, since LEDs are mounted in the upper direction and edge direction, each can be turned on/off and dimmed. The irradiation method for the workpiece can be flexibly adjusted.
