The CN8600 is a 1-port KVM over IP that connects between a PC or analog KVM switch equipped with a DVI interface and a console device (keyboard, monitor, mouse) to provide remote access to the device. Devices connected to this product can be accessed remotely using a web browser or dedicated application.
Since it is multi-platform compatible (Windows, Mac, Linux, Sun, serial), you can choose the OS of the connected PC. It is also equipped with a virtual media function, allowing you to efficiently perform tasks such as transferring files to the server and installing applications.
The mini USB port on the rear panel not only acts as a virtual media port, but also functions as a laptop USB console port depending on the DIP switch settings. By connecting a laptop here via USB, you can operate the computer connected to the CN8600, making it ideal for on-site maintenance.
Additionally, the CN8600 supports network and power redundancy, so even if one of the networks or power supplies fails, you can continue working remotely.
