Simply press the EP cutter against the ejector pin mark for 1 second while rotating. With the floating mechanism built into the special holder and the cutter with a special blade shape, only the burrs are removed, leaving the material intact even when pressed.
■Two types of dedicated holders
The EP cutter is used by attaching it to a special holder. Two types of special holders are available for each mounting method so that they can be used with deburring machines, special machines, and machine tools.
■Economical as it is a cutter
The special blade shape allows only the burrs to be removed, making it much longer lasting and more economical than machining with a brush. Mounting to the holder is a screw-in type that can be easily replaced and can be mounted to any holder.
