About This Product

■Used by attaching it to robots, machine tools, etc.

This holder is required for automated deburring, such as deburring in deburring equipment and machine tools that use industrial robots and various actuators. Use by attaching a deburring cutter, chamfering cutter, and brush to the holder.

■Processing is done by pressing a cutter or brush.

There will always be errors between the machined product and the drawing dimensions. Since deburring and chamfering are based on the finished product, it is necessary to take this error into consideration when processing. To achieve this, we used a holder with a built-in ``floating mechanism,'' which Kreutz named ``a mechanism that allows the cutter to freely follow the shape of the workpiece.'' Create a program.

■Select from 3 types of profiling directions to suit your processing needs.

Deburring and chamfering occur not only in the vertical direction, but also in all directions, including horizontally and diagonally. To accommodate this, FF holders are available in three types of tracing directions.

■Holds neutral position

The shaft on which the cutter is attached is always in a constant position (neutral position), pressed against the stop under spring pressure. When a machining load is applied, the cutter moves and the shaft moves, but when the machining load is removed, it returns to the neutral position. All FF holders are designed to always maintain a neutral position, not only in the vertical direction, but also in diagonal, horizontal, and upside down positions, as long as no processing load is applied.

■You can choose from two types of cutting tool installation methods.

There are two types of mounting methods for cutting tools: side lock method or collet chuck method. The side lock system allows tools to be changed simply by loosening the set screw, making it easy to change tools even when they are installed inside the machine. Furthermore, since the tool length is managed, there is no need to set the tool length on the machine tool, installation using a gauge on a robot, or external confirmation using a tool presetter. With the collet chuck method, it is possible to use Kreuz's special cutting tools and brushes for deburring.
