About This Product

■Summary・A tool that allows easy chamfering with NC lathes, multi-tasking machines, etc.
・To use, rotate the workpiece like a normal cutting tool.
- Chamfering targets can be applied to various shapes and parts such as gears, hubs, notches, bevel gears, splines, O-ring grooves, retainers, racks, etc. on both sides of the end face (outer diameter, inner diameter, groove) and on the outer periphery. .
・The scraper tip is specially designed to match the workpiece material.
・The machined surface is clean with no secondary burrs (burrs).
- Processing time is approximately 10 seconds including air cutting time. (Outer diameter size Φ100mm)
・Built-in floating mechanism eliminates the need for phase alignment of the workpiece.
・The only setup change is to replace the scraper tip; no other adjustments are required.

■Characteristics of scraper tipIt is manufactured in a special shape according to the shape of the target workpiece. The entire cutting edge of the scraper tip is used for machining, resulting in long life.

■Built-in floating mechanismA floating mechanism is built into the N-bit body. This allows the scraper tip to automatically follow the rotation of the workpiece, deburring and chamfering at the same time. There is no need for a tool spindle or factory air, and it can be used immediately after installation.

■Easy scraper tip replacementThe scraper tip can be easily replaced with a single wrench. No special additional work, such as adjustment or program correction, is required after replacement.
