About This Product

■Summary

This is a comprehensive optical noise analysis solution that integrates the newly developed optical frequency noise measurement function with the functions of the A0010A RIN measurement system and A0020A laser linewidth measurement system. The optical noise analyzer responds to the increasing demand for optical frequency stability of laser light sources with the recent development of digital coherent communication systems, and has developed new optical frequency noise characteristics that could not be obtained with conventional spectral linewidth measurements. It is a measurement system that allows the acquisition of By analyzing the power spectrum of the optical frequency noise of laser light, we can obtain important design and quality indicators for highly integrated light sources such as ITLA, and promote product differentiation. Additionally, by adding the functions of the A0010A RIN measurement system, it becomes a system with high investment efficiency. Furthermore, by combining the functions of the A0020A laser linewidth measurement system, it is possible to seamlessly transition from conventional linewidth measurement to optical frequency noise measurement of laser light.
