About This Product

■Epoxy anti-corrosion paint ・Highly concentrated zinc dust heavy anti-corrosion sprayThis is a metal rust-preventing paint that utilizes the electrochemical properties of zinc dust. Combined with the high adhesion properties of epoxy ester resin, it has a rust-preventing effect comparable to that of hot-dip galvanizing.

■Application: Metal rust prevention・Land-based steel structures (steel bridges, steel columns, tanks, etc.)
・Various industrial machinery and electrical equipment (heavy machinery, vehicles, industrial machinery, motors, industrial equipment, parts, etc.)
・Ships (superstructures, galvanized, galvanized steel sheets, etc.)
・Welded parts, cut parts, etc.
・Repair and plating replacement for galvanized steel materials

■Characteristics: Strong rust prevention power and long-term rust prevention power・The zinc ions in the coating suppress the elution of iron ions from the metal surface, resulting in strong anti-corrosion properties. 
・This electrochemical action prevents even a small amount of rust remaining during repair from spreading under the zinc coating.
・Since it is a spray method, anyone can apply it easily, evenly, accurately and beautifully. 
・No skilled skills, mechanical equipment, or power sources are required, allowing you to work freely even in difficult-to-paint areas. 
・Quick-drying reduces work time and greatly improves work efficiency without the need for thinner solution. 
・Drying time: 10 minutes dry to the touch, 20 minutes hardened (extended 10 minutes and 20 minutes each in winter)
