About This Product

This device cools the large amount of dilution heat generated when diluting 93-90% sulfuric acid. It consists of a mixer and a cooler, and is often used in fertilizer factories. The mixer is made by Tokabait, and Teflon is used for the nozzle that comes into direct contact with concentrated sulfuric acid. The cooler consists of one or two heat exchangers (multi-tube type, cubic type) connected to the mixer to form a compact and efficient continuous dilution cooling device.
