About This Product

■Summary Bricks are available in carbonaceous, graphitic and tokabate (impermeable graphite) materials, all of which are widely used as corrosion-resistant structural materials in the chemical industry. ■Characteristics of carbonaceous and graphite bricks ・High corrosion resistance against acids, alkalis, salts and organic chemicals - Resistant to thermal shock ・Very low coefficient of thermal expansion ・Lightweight and can be processed into any shape - Can withstand high temperatures (under 400°C in an oxidizing atmosphere, but up to 2,800°C in a reducing atmosphere). ■Characteristics of Toka Bait Brick ・Depending on the method of construction on the inside of the tower, no protective film is required: The thickness of the bricks can be made thinner. ・Because the brick itself is impermeable, there is no leakage of chemical solution. ・High corrosion resistance - Resistant to thermal shock ・Low coefficient of thermal expansion ・Lightweight and can be processed into any shape
