About This Product

■Summary We use Tokabait, a structural material for chemical equipment that is made by impregnating graphite material with excellent corrosion resistance and heat transfer properties with a thermosetting resin developed by our company and curing it to provide sufficient airtightness and increase strength. I'm doing it. Therefore, it is highly versatile and economical, and is used by many users. It has a structure in which a bunch of heat transfer tubes are housed in a steel can body. Normally, corrosive fluid is exchanged with steam or cooling water inside the heat transfer tubes through the outside of the heat transfer tubes. Corrosive fluids can be passed outside the pipe by using various types of lightning. Even in large equipment, tube plates and liquid chambers are machined from monoblocks, so there is no adhesive surface for bonding. Although it is one of our largest class heat exchangers (shell diameter 70 inches), the tube plate and liquid chamber (maximum outer diameter φ1940 mm) are monoblock. For fluids containing slurry, there are also structures that take measures against erosion on the tube plate surface. ■Standard dimensions of heat transfer tubes There are three types of heat transfer tubes used in the standard type: inner diameters of 22 mm, 25 mm, and 38 mm, effective lengths of 2,000 mm, 3,000 mm, and 4,000 mm, and the number of flow paths is determined according to the flow rate of the fluid. The effective length of the heat exchanger tube can be set arbitrarily from 1,000 to 6,000 mm (if it exceeds 4,000 mm, it will need to be joined). The smaller the heat transfer tube diameter, the smaller the heat transfer tube pitch dimension can be set, and the number of tubes within the shell diameter can be increased, making it possible to increase the heat transfer area with the same shell diameter ratio.
