■Cleaning example

・Oil-based ink: It is now possible to effectively clean ink, etc. that has accumulated thickly on the cylinder, which was a problem until now, by combining the dissolving power of the cleaning liquid and an ultrasonic cleaner. ・Adhesive: Adhesive that has accumulated and solidified on the coater roll for many years can be effectively cleaned using the dissolving power of the cleaning liquid and an ultrasonic cleaner.

■How to use equipment cleaning

・The cleaning effect will be better if the cleaning solution is heated (40-50℃). ・The cleaning solution must be used as an undiluted solution. ・When considering introduction, please contact us as we are conducting cleaning tests. We recommend using it in conjunction with an ultrasonic cleaner to maximize the cleaning effect. It is effective in removing ink and sticky substances that have gotten into the cells and edges of plates.
