■Applications
It can be used to measure and control the residual chlorine concentration in bath water, pool water, etc. (tap water, hot spring water, well water). In addition, the mutual diagnosis type improves management accuracy. Stable measurement and automatic record storage have significantly reduced the need for manual management.
■Mutual diagnosis function
In order to check the reactivity and deterioration of the electrodes, we perform sensitivity and low sensitivity diagnostics on each electrode at regular intervals every day. Even if an abnormality occurs, backup operation will be performed using normal electrodes. In addition, the measurement stability is further improved by the diagnostic function for measuring differences between electrodes.
■Altitude measurement method using polarographic method
The chlorine measurement sensor uses a 3-electrode polarographic method that combines high accuracy and stability, and is compatible with a wide range of water, including tap water, seawater, well water, rainwater, and gray water. The sensor electrodes are made of gold and platinum electrodes and are compatible with various water qualities.
■Periodic self-diagnosis function
In order to monitor the chlorine concentration reactivity and deterioration of each sensor, self-diagnosis is performed at a set time every day to check for high and low concentration reactions. This prevents the sensor electrode from being used in a damaged state or from making measurements with large errors.
■Automatic sensitivity adjustment control method
Compared to the time-sharing control method (fixed injection time method), the chlorine injection amount is adjusted in response to the fluctuating number of users and chlorine consumption, which prevents sudden increases in chlorine concentration (overshoot) and low concentration conditions. It becomes possible.
■Improved water flow measurement accuracy with float type flowmeter
A float type flow sensor is used to constantly check the normality of the sample water flow rate. This makes it possible to immediately detect water flow problems with sample water or abnormalities in the circulation pump, increasing the reliability of measured values.
■Automatic high concentration sterilization system
It can automatically perform high-concentration chlorine sterilization at a maximum of 5.00 ppm at a set time, making it possible to effectively take measures against Legionella bacteria in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
■Chemical liquid timer injection operation (intermittent timer)
In addition to automatic control operation, chemical injection operation using an ON/OFF timer is also possible. This makes it possible to temporarily stop automatic operation and perform intermittent injection operation.
