About This Product

■Summary"5500" is a compact vibration meter that can easily measure vibrations. This intrinsically safe explosion-proof vibration meter is ideal for measuring vibrations in vibrating equipment. After pressing the power ON button, simply place the tip of the probe on the device and read the LCD display to measure vibrations. It is also used as a criterion for changing equipment settings based on measurement results.

This simple vibration meter supports units other than SI units. By holding down the power ON button, the measurement value can be fixed and the probe can be moved away from the measurement point. Press and release the power ON button to return to normal measurement.

Power is powered by a 9V battery. When the power is low, it will be displayed on the LCD screen. The housing is made of impact-resistant polymer. A case with strap and battery are included, as well as an optional 10-inch long probe perfect for measuring hard-to-reach areas or exposed shafts.
