About This Product

■Features

The "PRO™" series includes "PRO440", "PRO450", and "PRO6000". The ``PRO'' series has almost the same functions, the only difference being the shape of the housing and the size of the connections. It can also be installed on or near equipment in typical industrial plant explosion-proof areas and environmental conditions. Each vibration switch in the PRO series can be configured using the PRO setting software connected to the USB port or the switch's built-in keypad and display. The ``PRO'' series has a built-in anti-vibration function that allows adjustment of alarm settings in 1 step (up to 2 steps as an option) and is also compatible with electronic/mechanical relays. Alarm settings and start-up delays can be programmed independently, and in addition to resetting the unit, switching routes and resetting can be performed using the remote control. The 4-20mA output signal and the output signal from the output terminal of the converter allow connection to plant control systems and setting display instruments. The standard display with status LED lamp and two-line alphanumeric display allows you to check vibration levels, alarm settings, and sensor status on-site. Enclosure cannot be used with display window. To use the display window, you need to remove the housing. It is mainly lined up as an application for upgrading "PRO450". By replacing the housing rather than just the internal unit, the nameplate affixed to the housing includes the serial number, part number, and detailed information for the PRO450 being replaced. If both the display window and the explosion-proof area (Div1/Zone 1) are required, the PRO6000 is used instead of the PRO450. "PRO6000" is smaller than "PRO450" and can be installed with fixing screws. The optional mounting bracket can be used with "Flat Base Plate 7084-001", but the mounting hole positions are different from "PRO450", so new holes must be drilled on the mounting surface.
