DPS digital proximity system

■Summary

DPS offers fully API670 compliant eddy current proximity measurement system performance and digital configuration flexibility. For the first time in the industry, this system can be constructed based not only on-site conditions such as probe tip diameter, manufacturer, extended cable length, target material, and linear range, but also on-site conditions that vary.

■Consists of 3 components: probe, expansion cable, and converter

Probe (model: MX2030, MX8030): The probe tip is φ5, φ8. The MX8030 comes standard with a triaxial cable and VIBELOCKTM connector, while the MX2030 comes with a coaxial cable and knurled connector. Both cables are compatible with the full 2mm range, and when combined with the ``Extension Cable MX2031 (MX8031)'' and ``Converter MX2033 (MX2034)'', it becomes a fully API670 compliant proximity system. Expansion cable (Model: MX2031, MX8031): Can be used with various cable lengths by using a protective sheath. The MX8031 comes standard with a triaxial cable and VIBELOCKTM connector, while the MX2031 comes with a coaxial cable and knurled connector. Converter (Model: MX2033, MX2034): The applicable converter will vary depending on the required output format. The MX2033 wiring driver is used as a monitoring system, and the MX2034 converter is used as a control system. Features and benefits

The design is fully API670 compliant in terms of linear range, ease of exchange, standard probes, and all other aspects.

■Reducing spare parts inventory

Since a single transducer can be configured with various probe models, cable lengths, and target substances on-site, it is possible to reduce spare parts inventory.

■Compatibility

METRIX's "MX8030" and "MX2030" series probes, "MX8031" and "MX2031" expansion cables are fully compatible with BN's "3300" and "3300XL" (probe tip diameter φ5, φ8) series probes. There is. Support for legacy probe systems
