■Optimization of sample line positionExamining the position of the sample line may be a time-consuming process that involves trial and error. By using the sample line automatic setting function, you can consider the optimized sample line position in a few minutes. When you select unit data, OK data, or NG data, the sample line position is optimized using the GA method to maximize the difference in MD values ​​between OK data and NG data, and is output at the center of the screen. It also supports nonlinear MT method.

■Optimization of center of gravity calculation intervalWhen setting the center of gravity calculation interval, by selecting unit data, OK data, and NG data, a genetic algorithm is used to optimize the calculation interval so that the difference between OK data and NG data is maximized. The optimized calculation interval is displayed as numerical data in the center of the right side of the screen. The section overlaid on the graph is displayed in the lower right corner with a color bar, allowing you to check it graphically.

■Waveform feature extractionThis function is used when handling data that changes over time. You can input the data you want to determine, place a sample line, and extract the amount of change and abundance. Sample lines can be arranged at equal intervals, concentrated, or arbitrarily arranged.

■MT methodYou can perform calculations using the MT method in quality engineering. By using the MT method, it is possible to "identify defective products" and "diagnose the cause of defective products." Calculations using the nonlinear MT method are also possible.

■T methodThis is calculation software for T method and nonlinear T method. The contribution of each item to the results can be calculated. The resulting contribution can be used to estimate the result.

■Automatic judgmentThe automatic judgment function is a function that can automatically calculate the MT method using the feature extraction method created with SignalCatcher. The calculation is triggered by updating the measurement data output from the data logger, PLC, etc. By connecting a PC and PLC, results can be returned to the equipment.
