About This Product

Avoid wasting materials and power by making it a mini runner. Injection pressure (resin flow) can be improved. MSK hot sprue bushing is installed in the sprue bushing part of the mold, reducing wasted material and energy, and can be expected to increase cycle time. By replacing the mold spool bush with this device, the runner part can be eliminated.

■Aim of this device

The spool part of the runner not only causes material loss but also obstructs resin flow, requiring excessive injection pressure and causing stress, which deteriorates molding quality. Additionally, the cooling time is longer than the product, making the molding cycle unnecessarily long. By eliminating the spool, the bulk of the runner is halved, which reduces production costs by half, such as the hassle of moving and transporting the runner and the space required to store the runner.

■Structure

- A cylindrical heater with a high-precision polishing finish is fitted onto the cylindrical part of the spool push body to form a hot spool bush. -The main body is made of copper material with excellent heat resistance and pressure resistance.

■Features

・Since the valveless sealing system is used to close the gut at the end of injection, there is no need to worry about problems such as resin leakage or stringing. ・Since the hot wire of the cylindrical heater has a special specification, its durability is several times that of normal heaters. ・The outer diameter of the cylinder of the hotsbourg bushing is slender to Ø24 mm or Ø32 mm (standard), so it does not weaken the rigidity of the mold.

■Effect

・Can be used commonly for all resins. ・Since it has excellent durability, it can be reused over several generations of molds, regardless of the mold life. ・The valveless sealing mechanism completely prevents stringing, so there is no need to worry about mold problems caused by stringing.
