The Mini Runner System was born from the well-known fact that even with an open nozzle, resin may not leak depending on the type of resin.
The MSK mini runner system has a structure in which the nozzle tip is always in contact with the mold, and this allows heat to escape to the cold side of the mold, lowering the nozzle tip temperature. The surface cools and hardens, forming a thin resin film regardless of the resin. This membrane does not cause drawling even under exhaust pressure or residual pressure, and is easily destroyed at the start of the next injection to start injection filling, making continuous molding possible.
In addition, the MSK Mini Runner System can handle all types of resins, including super engineering plastics and highly fluid resins, as well as resins that could not be molded using conventional open nozzles.
