■Bridge check functionInstantly detects disconnection points. It is possible to automatically detect disconnections, short circuits, and cable disconnections on each side of the bridge. Disconnections and short circuits can be easily detected, which helps shorten measurement preparation time and troubleshoot problems with the input section.

■Line length correction functionCan be corrected with a 4-core cable. If the distance between the bridge circuit and the amplifier is long, the bridge voltage will drop due to the cable conductor resistance. Previously, corrections were performed using remote sensing using a 6-core cable and numerical settings. This series uses a unique automatic correction circuit to correct bridge voltage drops even with 4-core cables, making highly accurate strain measurements possible.

■Auto range functionThe auto range function is a function that automatically adjusts the measurement range so that the specified output voltage is achieved when the calibration value set in the internal calibrator is applied. Output voltage can be selected from 5V, 8V, and 10V. Even those who are unfamiliar with the strain amplifier mechanism can easily prepare for measurement.

■E terminal switching functionThe "E terminal switching function" uses a switch to change the potential of the sensor cable's shield to the amplifier's [input COM] or [GND], and takes shielding measures that match the installation environment of the sensor bridge section. If the E terminal is not connected to the chassis of the converter, etc., set the switch to [Input COM] to increase the serial lead effect and reduce noise intrusion.
