About This Product

AD-PROCYON is a high-performance real-time simulator that is equipped with a CPU for servers and enables parallel processing using multi-cores. It is used in a variety of measurement, control, and real-time simulation equipment in the automobile, railway, aviation, and heavy industry fields, taking advantage of its high CPU computing power to execute model processing at high speed and low latency performance that minimizes IO delays. As a high-performance simulator, it connects with newly designed components and provides an optimal platform for testing, evaluation, and simulation such as HILS, incorporating multiple AD-PROCYON systems for large-scale logging and testing, or for a wide variety of control devices. ■Real-time simulator [DSP system] capable of parallel processing using multi-core and multi-CPU

Cores can be divided for each subsystem, allowing parallelization and distributed processing. By using an external unit, IO input/output customization is possible, and relay control can be easily controlled using a relay control app.

■Model-based development

We provide users with a model-based design and coding-less environment using MATLAB, Simulink, and Stateflow. Models are constructed using block diagrams, which eliminates the time-consuming task of visually following the program source line by line, thereby reducing development man-hours.

■Execute MATLAB/Simulink models in real time

Hard real-time is achieved by using a real-time OS and low-latency hardware.

■Ultra low latency system

In order to comfortably handle model processing, our unique platform provides high CPU power and low latency that minimizes IO delays. Various interfaces such as PCI Express Gen 3, PCI Express Gen 1, and CompactPCI are used as communication methods between I/O boards or CPUs.

■Distribution by multi-node (inter-box synchronization and communication)

"Multi-node" using PCI Express Gen 3 realizes a broadband, high-speed inter-box (node) synchronous communication system. Enables synchronous execution of multiple models and model decentralization.

■Lineup that can be selected according to system scale and performance

You can choose the system chassis and CPU board according to the model scale and operating speed.

■A wealth of I/O boards

We offer a variety of I/O boards depending on your application. System expandability and flexibility can be easily increased by adding I/O boards.

■Easy to update hardware and software

Capacity can be easily increased by replacing the CPU board with a new or higher-end product, allowing effective use of hardware assets such as I/O boards and chassis. The software and hardware of the AD-PROCYON system can be updated remotely.

■Various user-friendly software

We provide a variety of user-friendly software such as a model development execution environment, Simulink Blockset, GUI construction tools, automated test execution environments, and utility tools.
