Temperature has a significant effect on viscosity measurements. A Pt100 sensor can be used to monitor the sample temperature (-60~+300°C) and a thermostat can be used to control the temperature of the 600mL sample beaker (from ambient to +100°C). By using a jig such as an E-type cone plate type, it is possible to measure with a minimum of 0.5ml.
