About This Product

We calibrate uniaxial testing machines (Tensilon Universal Materials Testing Machine, etc.) and issue calibration certificates with JCSS standards that are traceable to the National Measurement Act standards.

The load cell loop force meter (AD-1661) is an annular spring (loop) type force meter used for load inspection of material testing machines, calibration of load cells, loads applied to structures, and measuring the weight of loaded objects. The amount of deflection due to the applied load is converted into force and the measured value is displayed digitally. Unlike conventional products, we developed the loop itself as a strain gauge type load cell. 

It has many features such as wide dynamic range, low reading error, independent display, PC import of measurement data, and JCSS calibration certification.

■SafetyThe independent display allows you to check measured values ​​without getting close to the test equipment being inspected. It is also equipped with a stopper mechanism to prevent the force meter from being damaged.

■Measurement methodAdoption of load cell system reduces reading errors. The measurement value is measured in the actual load unit N of the gastric test object. It also has a wide dynamic range and can perform a wide range of measurements.

■MobilityA special duralumin case (optional) is available, allowing you to carry the sensor and display unit together for convenient storage. Additionally, by using a rechargeable battery (sold separately), measurements can be taken even in locations without AC power.

■Calibration guaranteeComes with JCSS calibration certificate. Calibration certificates are issued by our group company (certified business number 0099). A separate application is required to issue a JCSS calibration certificate. AD1661-200N comes with a certificate only for Hi range.
