About This Product

The STB series is a lightweight and compact table-type tensile compression testing machine that uses a single column structure. It maintains abundant functions and high accuracy that further improves operability than the STA series, and has achieved lower costs. The data processing system is TACT (and MSAT), which runs on a general-purpose computer and can be controlled on the screen. Only one USB cable is required for connection to the main unit. Maximum load capacity is 2.5kN (250kgf). Two models are available: STB-1225L with a long stroke and STB-1225S with a short stroke. We have a wide variety of equipment available for various material tests (optional).

■Using the data processing system TACT

TACT is a data processing system optimized for Tensilon. All conditions can be set on the screen. In addition to operating the testing machine, the TACT series has excellent data analysis, calculation, and data storage functions. Easy operation

■Color touch panel

The color display touch panel greatly improves visibility and operability.

■Display

Independent force/displacement digital display. 1/1,000 display.

■Commander

Equipped with operation buttons and a jog dial, it has a structure with excellent operability.

■High precision

・World's highest standard high-speed sampling 0.2msec (when using TACT) ・Equipped with load measurement accuracy tester grade, high accuracy class 1 ・Fully automatic range up to 128 times, so no range setting is required ・Up to 11 channels of input signals
