About This Product

■For production processes of secondary batteries, electronic components, pharmaceuticals, resist inks, coating agents, and oils.

・Electromagnetic cell (electromagnetic digital load cell) ® Adopts EM-DLC method, high precision, high speed, and compact. - Equipped with C-SHS (Compact-Super Hybrid Sensor), high-speed response of 0.5 seconds, high-speed output of 50 times per second (when baud rate 9600 or higher is selected).

■Features

・Sends weighing data directly to panel controller, PLC, PC, etc. Standard included cable 10m ・Compact measuring section 59mm wide, allows for free layout ・Dustproof/waterproof Measuring part IP65 ・For the measuring part case, it has been confirmed that there is no lifting or peeling of the paint after dropping hydrogen peroxide solution (34% concentration) onto the painted surface for 100 hours (epoxy undercoat + acrylic paint)

■Only 5mg for 30 million doses.

EM-DLC AD-4212C-300 (weighing 320g, minimum display 1mg) has completed a 30 million-times durability load test that lasted more than one year. The final span deviation value was only 5mg (200.005g displayed with a 200g standard weight), which corresponds to 5 scale intervals, and we have proven that this accuracy can be maintained over a long period of time.
