About This Product

Field balance software that uses the tracking analysis function of CompactWCA and WCAmini. By measuring the amount of unbalance in a rotating body and using a test weight, you can identify the amount of unbalance (position, amount) and reduce the amount of unbalance. Corrections can be made with one-sided balance or two-sided balance.

■Operation flow for correcting one side imbalance

For measurement of one measurement point per surface, one measurement channel and one tacho input channel are used. 1. Initial test: data collection in unbalanced state 2. Trial weight: Data collection by attaching a trial weight 3. Correction calculation: Calculate the correction weight amount/position based on the above results. 4. Confirmation test: Data collection by attaching correction weights

・Unbalance correction at 1 measurement point on 1 surface or 2 measurement points on 2 surfaces ・Save/restore configuration file ・Phenomenon confirmation measurement mode ・Printing/copying measurement results ・Revision history graph display ・Report creation (Excel file output of analysis results)

■Compatible hardware

CompactWCA (AD3651), WCAmini (AD3661) *Order tracking function option (CompactWCA) or 2D tracking function option (WCAmini) is required.
