■Advantages of introducing motor HILS

■Large-scale and precision models can be operated in real time

・By adopting Xilinx's Kintex-UltraScale, high-speed calculations at up to 200MHz operation are achieved. ・Multiple FPGA boards can be linked with 5Gbps inter-board high-speed communication, supporting even larger models. - Equipped with large capacity RAM, it is possible to implement precision motor models such as JMAG-RT and spatial harmonic models.

■Multiple motors can be installed on one board

In addition to a large-scale FPGA that can mount multiple motors, it is equipped with the required number of high-speed analog and digital IOs.

■Streamline debugging work with a variety of verification functions

・By implementing a fault simulation circuit, it is possible to reproduce power faults, ground faults, and disconnections in actual circuits. ・Equipped with a self-diagnosis function, it is possible not only to perform daily inspections but also to isolate problems when malfunctions occur. - Data logging function allows logging of internal signals of high-speed calculations, which can be used for detailed verification and plant model development.

■GUI and models can be provided as ready-to-use applications.

・PMSM motor LdLq model, inverter model including failure simulation, sensor model (resolver, rotary encoder, current sensor), simple motor load model, and simple motor controller model are provided as standard applications. - Through our partnership with Toyota Technical Development Company (TTDC), which has advanced FPGA implementation technology, we are able to implement TTDC's JMAG-RT compatible motor models. In addition, a patented technology that automatically thins out large RTT files with high precision enables simulations with reduced accuracy.
