About This Product

■FeaturesThis is a tire rolling resistance tester using the force method that complies with ISO28,580 and JISD4,234. The force method relies on the measurement accuracy of the component force sensor attached to the tire rotation axis. A&D uses our own high-precision 6-component force sensor to measure axial force (Fx) with an accuracy of 1/1,000 or more.

Furthermore, we have achieved reproducibility with a standard deviation (σ) of 0.05 or less, and have delivered more than 20 units in Japan and overseas as rolling resistance testers necessary for the operation of the JATMA tire labeling system. A&D develops the entire device, including the component force meter, in-house.

■Achieving high repeat accuracyThe component force meter installed in this device guarantees the values ​​of Fz (pressing force) and Fx (rolling resistance) and is specialized for rolling resistance measurement. It has small temperature drift and high repeatability.

■Achieving energy savingsIt uses a high-rigidity drum made of aluminum cast, which achieves 30% energy savings compared to steel drums.

■Short-time air conditioning managementSince the tire testing room is covered with a chamber, the testing room can be air-conditioned in a short time.

■High safetyThe door to the test room is automatically locked during the test, ensuring a high level of safety.

■Can test any driving patternSoftware for research and development is available, and in addition to ISO28580 standard testing, it is possible to test with any driving pattern created by the user. We have a track record of numerous deliveries both domestically and internationally.
