About This Product

■Features

This is a simulated road surface developed for the purpose of attaching directly to existing drum-type testing machines, etc., without making any major changes to their specifications. This makes it possible to reproduce the conditions of tires, suspension, etc. when driving on actual road surfaces using existing bench testing machines.

■Accurate reproduction/creation

The target actual road is measured and converted into data using a laser scanner, and a high-performance 3D printer is used to accurately reproduce and create the road surface condition.

■You can choose hardness and material specifications

The material used is special rubber or special resin, and the hardness and material specifications can be selected depending on the purpose and model used. For example, when applying to a belt-type testing machine, a simulated road surface made of rubber with high flexibility can be used. The simulated road surface is directly attached to the drum-type testing machine using a high-strength adhesive, so there is no need to carve the road surface directly into the metal drum to simulate it. In addition, since road surface information is stored as data, additional production can be delivered within a short lead time without having to remeasure the actual road.
